CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients will be charged the no show fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice. A session that is not attended and was not provided with a cancellation/reschedule notice, also referred to as a no-show, will also be charged the current no-show fee: $60.

Does Caleb accept insurance? Yes. Caleb is independently paneled with Aetna Commercial, and United Healthcare, and is credentialed through third parties to accept many additional plans, including Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (Commercial and EAP), Caresource (Commercial), Medical Mutual of Ohio, Paramount, and several others.
